You no longer have to wonder when the next South Park RPG is arriving. Ubisoft announced South Park: The Fractured But Whole will be released on October 17th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC in a new trailer.
You will again take on the role of the New Kid, create a superhero persona (under the supervision of Eric Cartman), and utilize unique abilities in a brand new combat system.
This news will come as a relief to South Park fans, after the game experienced multiple delays. Initially scheduled for a December 2016 release, the game was pushed to early 2017, when it was again pushed back. Now we finally have a solid date that seems reasonable, given recent reports of a “release window” for the game.
Ubisoft is at least trying to make up for lost time, as anyone who pre-orders Fractured But Whole will receive a free copy of Stick of Truth, which you will immediately be able to download and play.
